Two Slender-billed Curlew Numenius tenuirostris were reported from Kish Island on 18 Nov 2007. A Red Phalarope Phalaropus fulicaria was seen at Agh Gol wetland Hamedan Province, Western Iran on 16 Oct 2007. There have been a few previous records in Iran, mainly in the south and north of the country.
